After another weekend away, I did so much better traveling and not indulging in the sweets and decadent desserts that seem to always be available at every single turn…
…and then I came back home. Running errands, grocery shopping, and crossing items off my to do list left me hungry.
Enter fried chicken & my favorite hot sauce.
I’m back on it this week and ready to meal prep for another successful week!! Veggies, protein, more veggies and water will see you through. And to the five chicken wings I just ate, well, they taste like what I remembered.
