Combine Chef Curl Ardee’s Original Seasoning
, Mayo, and Sriracha for spicy mayo. The Original Seasoning offers a pretty good spice kick so if you don’t want the mayo to be extremely spicy or go easy on the sriracha. After getting to desired consistency, place in fridge to chill.
Combine ground chicken, chorizo, and Chef Curl Ardee’s Original Seasoning
and form patties to size that works with slider buns. Cook patties on medium heat in a lightly oiled skillet and melt cheddar. Garnish sliders as desired with spicy mayo, arugula, avocado, and serve hot.
