HoneyMoon(Shine) Wings

Posted by Rachel Whitfield on

I used my brand new air fryer but if you don’t have one, feel free to use your oven– they have not gone out of style.  My HoneyMoon(shine) wings taste finger-licking good and they’re super easy to make.

What You’ll Need:

Thaw your chicken and coat in olive oil before you marinate your wings in Chef Curl Ardee’s Mild Seasoning.  If you want to make these spicy, marinate with my Original Seasoning instead! As always, I’m going to recommend you give the marinade at least 4 hours but it’s your kitchen and ultimately your call.

For the Glaze: Whisk 1/2 tsp of Chef Curl Ardee’s Mild Seasoning, 2 TBSP of honey, and 2 shots of moonshine/whiskey for a glaze and set aside.  If you prefer extremely saucy wings, you can always double the recipe for the glaze.

Bake wings using your oven or your air fryer.  Once chicken is close to being fully cooked, remove wings from baking or air fryer tray and coat in the glaze.  Place wings back in the oven/air fryer to continue the last few minutes of cooking.

Serve with any sides and enjoy with blue cheese! Yes, blue cheese.  Do not disrespect these wings with ranch dressing– they deserve better and so do you.  Enjoy my HoneyMoon(shine) wings and share them with the people you love.
