Pulled Pork Sliders

I felt like I needed to take a trip back to Memphis, TN… city of my birth and home to the best BBQ on earth.  This isn’t a debate. So, what’s a girl to do when she wants BBQ and only has a little time– she gets her pressure cooker, liquid smoke, and seasonings and tries to replicate Memphis’ dry rub as close as she can. (P.S. I got pretty close!)

What You’ll Need:

I’m no pit master, but I used a pressure cooker for 45 minutes to seal in flavor with Chef Curl Ardee’s Original Seasoning, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Liquid Smoke.  After pork shoulder is done– get ready to pull it.  I used a fork and got busy.  Add BBQ sauce.

Garnish sliders with Cole Slaw and serve sliders hot and extra saucy or book a trip to Memphis and grab some BBQ... whatever is easier for you! :)
